§ 2-38. Voting.

  • Voting on the adoption or enactment of ordinances shall be by roll call, and each member, including the mayor, shall vote when his name is called, unless disqualified or excused by unanimous consent of the other members. Voting on other questions coming before the commission shall be by voice vote unless three members of the commission request a roll call vote on such questions. In case of a tie vote, the proposition voted upon shall be decided as lost.
