§ 2-37. Record of ordinances; publishing or posting of ordinances.

  • The city clerk shall record all ordinances enacted into law in a book set aside for that purpose and shall make accurate copies of all laws and ordinances enacted by the commission without delay and shall post one copy thereof at the city hall and also one copy at one other public place within the city, or publish the same in a newspaper published in the city, as the commission may direct.
