§ 3. Title, rights, etc., vested in new city.

Latest version.

That the title, rights and ownerships of all property, both real and personal, cash, uncollected taxes, dues, claims, judgments, decrees, choses in action and all property and property rights held or owned by the Town of Starke, Florida, shall pass to and be vested in the City of Starke, Florida, organized under this Charter to succeed the municipality abolished hereby.
