§ 98-141. Penalties.

A violation of this section is a non-criminal traffic infraction punishable by a fine of $50.00 for the first violation; a fine of $100.00 for a second violation if such violation occurs within two years of the first violation; a fine of $200.00 for a third violation if such violation occurs within four years of the second violation. Violations of traffic infractions shall be punishable as per F.S. ch. 318.
