§ 98-91. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Deviating truck means a truck which leaves and departs from a truck route while traveling inside the city.

    Truck means any vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property while carrying a load of six tons or more.

    Truck route means a way over certain streets, as designated in this article, over and along which trucks coming into and going out of the city must operate.
