§ 98-61. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Automobiles and trucks means any motor-driven vehicles used or stored within the city limits.

Buses and taxicabs means any motor vehicles used for the transportation of passengers for hire within the city limits.

Junkyard means any yard, lot or piece of real estate where wrecked, obsolete or wornout motor vehicles are stored for the purpose of dismantling or selling the whole or any part of such vehicles.

Trailers and house cars means any vehicle ordinarily used for the purpose of living quarters and moved or drawn from time-to-time by a motor vehicle.
