§ 98-31. Driver's license required.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator, driver or chauffeur of any motor vehicle to drive or operate the same or permit the same to be driven or operated on the streets of the city, unless the person operating such motor vehicle has a valid and currently effective driver's license as required by the laws of Florida.
