§ 86-7. Fees or costs for solid waste collection and disposal.

(a)

In the event that the individual responsible for permitting the accumulation of nonstandard solid waste or contaminated yard trash on any city right-of-way is not the individual responsible for the regular waste disposal fees for that property, the city may, at its sole discretion, bill the individual responsible for the accumulation of the nonstandard solid waste or contaminated yard trash, not the individual responsible for the regular waste disposal fees for that property.

(b)

Any costs or fees incurred for the disposal of trash or garbage at the landfill by the city's solid waste collection contractor or the city which is directly attributable to the collection of solid waste from a particular property owner shall be added to the regular waste disposal fees charged to that property owner for whom the trash or garbage has been disposed.
