§ 82-232. Short title, authority and applicability.

(a)

This division shall be known and may be cited as the "City of Starke Fire Protection and Rescue Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The City Commission of the City of Starke has the authority to adopt this division pursuant to Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Florida, and F.S. ch. 166.

(c)

This division shall apply throughout the incorporated area of the City of Starke.
