§ 82-31. City commission designated as local planning agency.

The city commission members as the duly elected officials of the city government are hereby designated, ex officio, as the city's local planning agency pursuant to the requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.).
