§ 74-124. Applicability to tickets for charitable performances.

  • For the purposes of this division the offering for sale of tickets to any show or other performance represented as being a benefit to a charitable, religious, educational, fraternal or benevolent organization shall be deemed to be the solicitation of money within the contemplation and prohibition of this division.
