§ 74-31. Use of public property.

(a)

No itinerant merchants shall sell or solicit business by using public parks, streets, right-of-ways, or sidewalks.

(b)

No itinerant merchants shall stop or attempt to stop people passing by any place described in subsection (a) of this section.

(c)

No itinerant merchants shall block streets or sidewalks or other public locations, or shall use or occupy the right-of-way of any city-maintained street, road or sidewalk.
