§ 70-35. Election of chairperson and other officers; committees; meetings.

The members of the Starke Recreation Advisory Board shall elect one of their number chairperson and shall elect other officers as may be necessary. The Starke Recreation Board may establish subcommittees as necessary. The Starke Recreation Advisory Board, with the recreation department director, shall meet once every month and at such other times as the board or the chairperson shall deem necessary. All meetings shall be open to the public for participation and shall be subject to the public records laws of the State of Florida.
