§ 6-1. Posting advertisements in public places.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place any posters or advertisements of any kind or nature on any of the streets or public places of the city or to display any advertising on posters or buildings or by any other method on the streets or public places of the city unless a permit is first obtained from the city commission.
