§ 54-2. State health rules adopted.

The rules adopted by the state department of health are hereby adopted, as modified and amended in this chapter, as the sanitary ordinance of the city. Three copies of such rules have been on file in the office of the city clerk, available for public use, inspection and examination for a period of more than ten days immediately prior to the passage of this section.
