§ 46-121. Permit required.

No person shall use any building, shed or enclosure for the purpose of servicing or repairing any motor vehicle therein, nor use any room or space having a floor area exceeding 1,200 square feet in any building, shed or enclosure for storing, housing or keeping any motor vehicles containing flammable liquid in the fuel tanks thereof, without a permit. Provided, no repairs of any kind shall be made in any basement or subbasement garage.
