§ 26-68. Telemarketing businesses; consumer protection.

The city clerk shall not issue or renew a business tax receipt for the operation of a telemarketing business under F.S. §§ 501.604 and 501.608, unless such business exhibits a current license or registration from the department of agriculture and consumer services or a current affidavit of exemption.
