§ 26-51. Businesses requiring state or county business tax receipt, permit, certification or inspection.

Where the trade or business, profession or occupation, amusement or industry to be carried on requires issuance of a license or permit or inspection by the state or the county, no license shall be issued to any license applicant until the applicant provides to the city clerk the required state or county license, certificate, permit or satisfactory inspection report, or other satisfactory evidence of compliance with those state or county requirements related to the issuance of the state or county license or certificate.
