§ 22-256. Adopted.

There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of buildings and other structures, that certain building code known as the Florida Building Code which is a single statewide unified code developed and maintained by the Florida Building Commission. Such publications are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as fully as if set out at length in this article. Said Florida Building Code herein adopted shall include the following:

(1)

Building Code, which includes energy, accessibility and state agency regulations;

(2)

Plumbing Code; and

(3)

Mechanical Code.
