§ 22-197. Minimum service wire.

All services for individual residences of three or more bedrooms or for individual residences having more than 1,000 square feet of floor area shall be a minimum of 100 ampere three-wire installed in proper size conduit. There shall be a minimum service capacity for each unit or apartment of a multiple-occupancy dwelling of not less than:
(1)

Sixty amperes when cooking facilities are other than electric.

(2)

One hundred amperes when cooking facilities are to be electric.
