§ 22-184. Permit and inspection fees.

  • (a)

    Before any permit is granted under this article, the master electrician making application for the permit shall pay the city clerk a fee as provided by the city commission by resolution, and no permit shall be valid until after it has been stamped "paid" by the city clerk.

    (b)

    No permit shall be issued for a fee less than the minimum fee as established by the city commission. Each meter loop shall constitute a separate installation and a permit will be required for each installation.

    (c)

    Any inspection for which no fee is specified shall be charged for at the rate provided by the city commission by resolution for the actual time spent in making the inspection. The minimum charge shall be as provided by the city commission by resolution.
