§ 14-21. Short title; authority.

(a)

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "City of Starke Anti-Gambling Ordinance."

(b)

The city commission of Starke has the authority to adopt this article pursuant to article VII of the Constitution of the State of Florida, and F.S. ch. 166.
