§ 14-1. Business hours.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, proprietor, or person in charge of any adult video arcade amusement center, public pool room, billiard room or dancehall to permit the same to be opened or used on Sunday or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. on the other six days of the week. It shall be unlawful for the owner, proprietor, or person in charge of any skating rink, bowling alley, amusement center or video arcade to be open between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. on each day of the week except Sunday.
