§ 10-3. Manufacture, transport or sale generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person, or any agent or employee of any person, to manufacture or cause to be manufactured or in any way to be concerned in the transportation from any point in this state to any point in the city, or have in his possession, custody or control for the purpose of sale, barter or exchange in the city, any alcoholic or intoxicating liquors or beverages except as is specifically permitted by the laws of the state applicable to this county.
